What day is today you ask.....

Well Today is the annual paper-snowflakes-for-Christmas inventory day. This is where I count all of my snowflakes and then see how many more I need for this year. I think I'm going all out this year so I'm going to start cutting them out this weekend. I also try to get Matt to help me with this production. He refuses...tells me I'm crazy...and goes to the garage. But that will not stop me from trying to intice him. I have a plan this time. I'm going make tater tot casserole...and tell him if he helps he can eat it. I think it's a great plan. We'll see how it turns out.

transformation...

Finally complete. The "room" is done. I could not be happier. Our house in no longer a construction zone. And the room looks awesome. It is 100% tacky, obnoxious and girly. My ideas worked perfectly. SO the picture is of the main wall. But there is more shelving and randomness scattered throughout. I LOVE IT!!!!

6 months

Even though matt doesn't believe in 6 month anniversaries...I do. We got married 6 months ago to the day. I know it hasn't been very long but it seems like yesterday. When I hear my friends talk about being married for 5 or 6 years I think...wow...I can't wait. And it seems like forever. But 6 months has flown by so I bet 5 years comes before I know it.

Pumpkin Carving

Well Matt and I attempted pumpkin carving in celebration of Halloween. It did not go so well on my end. I thought I would be creative and make a cat. I even drew on it before making the cut. Little did I know...Matt is a professional carver. His was so elaborate and detailed. It ended up making mine look like a child did it. But it was fun none the less. I'm sure you can tell by the picture who carved which one.

this is Matt and I hate the idea of blogging I think that it is an absolute waste of time, there is no point in blogging other than somebody being unproductive with their time. So why am I blogging then you might ask, well my wife said she would divorce me if I didn't so I guess I'm just trying to save our marriage.
